We are pleased to announce that Sevara Capital Markets, LLC, a FINRA registered broker dealer, has been sold to a large strategic buyer in a private transaction.

The new owner will provide principal and agency-based capital markets services to mid-market and sponsor-backed companies as well as make certain principal investments to support client needs.

The transaction closed in January 2013.
